Our Chef Adam has had a long established relationship with the hospitality industry, where he has worked in many award winning restaurants and event catering companies world wide.
Adam moved to Europe in 2002 where he embarked on a long journey to expand his culinary skills. He was one of the chefs responsible for the opening of Jamie Oliver's restaurant '15' in London. He then crossed over to Japanese-Peruvian cuisine at world rated restaurant 'Nobu London'. “This is where I really learnt to appreciate flavours and combinations. My main focus on food is gently molding different flavours between different cuisines”. He then worked in the Mediterranean as a personal chef to clients like Julian Lennon in Mallorca.
After returning to Australia briefly to focus on catering for large events like the Aria awards he went back to London and joined an elite London event catering company; ‘Rhubarb Food Design’, which was responsible for many A list events and private functions including Elton John's wedding. He says, “Working in an environment with constant change and talented chefs has helped me stay focused, creative and grounded”.
